Thongs For Girls

Thongs are obviously not just for your own benefit anymore. A trip to any mall will reveal a growing gap between where the jeans end and the thong begins. Every time a woman or teenager bends over we get treated to a viewing that we may not want.

Older generations find it appalling and the middle age or young parents of girls are finding the whole issue becoming one giant headache that was not wanted.

The issue comes down to parenting style. Do you let your child dress any way they want or do you control what goes on their body? No matter how old the girl thinks she is, until she is eighteen she must defer to her parents or guardian for the final word.

It is our job as parents to ensure that our children are protected. This may include protecting them from poor choices in clothing attire, including the inappropriate wearing of thongs.

Any parent of a girl will come to a head-to-head challenge over clothing. It does not matter what year it is. It is an unavoidable fact of life. We hated what our parents wanted us to wear and in turn, find ourselves embroiled in the same issue with our daughters.

Thongs are so much more than just a scrap of cloth. It has become an issue on parenting and who really runs the show.
